The hotel day starts from hour 14:00 and ends at 12:00.

Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel. The name on the reservation must be the same as the credit card holder’s name.

If you are making payment using another cardholders credit card, kindly provide the following to the hotel prior to your arrival:
1) Authorisation letter with cardholders signature
2) Copy of the cardholders card (front and back of card with cardholders signature)

Please note that the hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes.

Due to safety considerations, children 12 years and under are not allowed in the pool access rooms.

Please note that in case of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge the total amount of the reservation.

Upcoming Renovation Notice

We wish to inform our valued guests that Khaolak Merlin Resort will undergo scheduled renovation work from 16 May 2026 to 15 September 2026.

During this period, the Superior Pool will be temporarily closed for maintenance, and 45 Superior Rooms will be fully renovated.

This final phase will complete the upgrade ofSuperior Rooms at our resort.

The newly renovated Superior Rooms will be available from 16 September 2026 onwards.

Please rest assured thatother hotel services and facilities will remain fully operational throughout the renovation period.

We will do our utmost to minimise any inconvenience and ensure a pleasant stay forguests.
