The hotel day starts from hour 14:00 and ends at 11:00.

Please contact the resort fortravel arrangements. Speedboats (45-minute journey) and wooden boats (1.5-3 hour journey) depart several times daily from the mainland (Laem Ngop), Koh Chang (Bang Bao) and Koh Kood.

The hotel offers free pick-up services from the piers on Koh Mak at 13:30, 15:00 and 17:00 hrs. Please kindly provide the arrival time for a free pick up service.

The hotel requires prepayment via Paypal. Guests will receive a direct email from the hotel within 48 hours of booking with the Paypal link. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 48 hours once email is received.
