The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 12:00.

The Bay Tower renovation is scheduled to kick off on 1 Nov 2023. The lobby and Flow Café at the Bay Tower will temporarily close starting from 7 Jan 2024. While these areas are undergoing renovation, please rest assured that our check-in and reception services will remain fully operational and available to serve you during your stay in the Bay Tower. The Executive Tower is separate from the Bay Tower;facilities will remain fully operational without any disturbance caused by the renovation.
The Kids Club and Swimming Pool at Bay Tower are temporarily closed from 23 July 2024.

The Fitness Centre at Bay Tower will be temporarily closed from 8 September 2024 onwards.
